Landscape Design ($200-$5,000)
We offer two options for landscape designs based on your preferences and the scope of your project. Both of these are put 100% back to the client if we are awarded the installation of the design.
Photo Landscape Design:
Our design team uses a picture of your property to create a realistic image of what you can expect your landscape to look like in the future. Since photos are used for the process, it can be completed entirely online for a quick turnaround in less than two days. To create your photo landscape design, we overlay the picture of your landscape with your desired enhancements to provide you with a picture of the finished results. It includes plant type and variety, size, and quantity, making it a great choice for DIY customers. Prices start at $200 per 2D imaged design and an added $100 for each additional photo design. The price includes up to 3 adjustments, and clients receive a full reimbursement when we complete the installation.
CAD-Generated Landscape Design:
This type of design includes a full landscape blueprint and is necessary for commercial and large-scale landscape plans. The design includes a traditional blueprint with to-scale images and details about plant type, variety, size, and quantity. Designs are completed within two weeks, and prices range from $1,500 to $5,000, based on the size and scope of the project. The price includes up to 3 adjustments, and a full reimbursement is provided if we complete the installation.
Landscape Installations ($3,000+)
We offer a variety of landscape installation options to provide you with the features you want for your landscape. Whether you're planning a minor refresh or a complete transformation, you can find a landscape installation plan that fits your needs.
Landscape Enhancements ($3,000 - $25,000)
Refresh your property with installations that add function and restore your landscape's appearance. Landscape enhancements can typically be completed in a week and may include these features:
- Patio or walkway
- Seasonal containers
- Edible gardens
- Artificial/turf installations
- Retaining walls and stone edging
- Water features
- Tree trimming or lifting
- Irrigation system
- French drains & stormwater solutions
Front Yard Refresh ($5,000 - $30,000)
Restore your front yard with features that add curb appeal and complement your home. A front-yard refresh can generally be completed in a week and may include these features:
- Flowering trees
- Seasonal containers
- Irrigation adjustments
- Perennial beds
- Front walkway
- Landscape lighting
Backyard Refresh ($15,000 - $50,000)
Enhance your backyard to include a variety of features that encourage your family to spend more time outdoors. A backyard refresh is typically completed within 2 weeks and can include these features:
- Flowering trees
- Patio
- Walkways
- Fire Pit Area
- Seasonal Containers
- Irrigation
- Perennial Beds
- Landscape lighting
Complete Outdoor Space Transformation ($50,000 - $150,000)
Transform your entire landscape with a range of features that work together to create an inviting space that will make you want to spend all your time outdoors. Outdoor space transformations take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope of your project. Installations may include:
- Decking
- Tiered planting beds
- Outdoor kitchen
- Fireplace
- Pergola or portico
- Privacy screening or green wall
- Irrigation
- Landscape lighting
- Seasonal containers
- Paver patio
Irrigation
We provide irrigation system installations and repairs along with a variety of tests and services. Irrigation system installations and repairs include a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
Irrigation services include:
- New system installation: Starting at $6,000
- Residential system check: $150 for 10 zones and $10 for each additional zone
- Includes adjustments, programming, and filter cleanout as needed
- Commercial system check: $225 for 10 zones and $15 for each additional zone
- Includes adjustments, programming, and filter cleanout as needed
- SAWS audit: $275 for the first controller and $50 for each additional controller
- Our licensed irrigator will complete the audit, fill out the analysis form, and submit the form to SAWS.
- This doesn't include the Annual Backflow Test, which may be required.
- Backflow testing: $100+
- Replacement of backflow ranges from $500-$700
Landscape Maintenance
Our annual maintenance plans are designed to provide the services you need to keep your turf healthy all year long. Basic services included in all contracts are mowing, edging, trimming, weed management in beds, trash removal, trimming suckers on trees, and removal of dead plant material. You'll start by choosing your desired service frequency, then choose from the following optional types of services to customize your contract.
- Fertilization of beds & turf
- Pre & post-emergent weed control
- Mulching
- Turf aeration
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Irrigation system checks
- Pathogen testing & chemical applications
