Give us a call or fill out our online form to share information about your project preferences, budget, and timeline.

Within 24 business hours of your initial contact, we'll give you a call to learn about your vision. During your vision call we'll discuss your goals and budget range, review your property size, and schedule your consultation. 

We'll visit your property for a 30-minute in-person consultation, typically within 48 business hours of your vision phone call. We'll take photos and measurements, ask questions about your property and goals, and discuss your expectations surrounding your timeline and budget.

Within 2 -5 days after your consultation (depending on your services), we'll send a customized quote for the agreed-upon services. You can make changes directly on the document if needed before signing. For projects over $1,000, 50% is due upon signing. We'll be in touch within 48 hours to get your project on the schedule. For maintenance contracts you’ll review your plan and sign off on your agreement.

Prior to your start date, we'll get in touch to confirm the start time. As we carry out your project, we'll keep you apprised of the timeline and progress.

When your project is completed, we'll walk the property with you and review what was done. We'll share warranty information (plants warrantied for 7 days which is extended to six months if you choose a maintenance plan within 14 days of installation). We'll visit again in 3 months for a follow-up to see how things are going.
